Nicole Williams English Reveals Favorite Swimsuit From Her SI Swim Photoshoot

The 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie said she looked like a gorgeous “washed-up mermaid” in one of the looks.

Nicole Williams English stunned in her SI Swimsuit shoot for this year’s magazine. There wasn’t a single photo or look that wasn’t absolutely jaw-dropping. The 2023 rookie was photographed by Yu Tsai in Dominica for a super earthy, ethereal, Mother Nature-inspired shoot—which was totally fitting considering the new mom was seven months pregnant at the time.

She welcomed her baby girl, India Moon, with husband Larry English in January.

“Which swimsuit was your favorite from your shoot this year?” friend and fellow model Kamie Crawford asked during 2023 Miami Swim Week.

“Oh … that’s such a hard one. They were all so good,” Williams English said and thought for a second. “I would say I loved the seashell button one. It was really really cute.”

“I loved you in that fishnet mesh thing,” Crawford chimed in, and Williams English gasped in agreement. “That one’s my favorite.”

“I totally forgot about that one … the pearls. That was really good. I looked like a little washed-up mermaid,” the 35-year-old said.

The dress was crafted from a sheer, diamond-embroidered mesh with pearl details hand-sewn on.

“I have so many things to be grateful for. I’m grateful for a healthy baby. The fact that I could be [on location in Dominica] at seven months pregnant and shoot this beautiful shoot with SI and just to be able to see myself just, you know, truly being me,” Williams English said in a postpartum interview. “I’m just so proud of how far I’ve come, and these pictures are really gonna represent that.”
