Olivia Dunne Shares Impressive Release Sequence From Uneven Bars Practice
Competitions may not have started just yet for LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne, but that doesn’t mean the senior hasn’t been hard at work in the gym preparing for the coming season. Alongside her typical playful locker room content with her teammates, the athlete has started sharing more and more videos of her impressive skills in the gym in recent weeks.
Following a short reel TikTok of beam practice on Oct. 16, the 21-year-old took to her account again to share more behind the scenes snippets from practice. This time, the 2023 SI Swimsuit model took to the uneven bars, where she displayed her impressive strength and skills as she practiced movement between the high and low bars and release moves on the latter.
“Just some bar work:),” she captioned the short reel. Dunne donned a simple shiny black leotard and wore her characteristically bright blonde hair in a high bun for the afternoon practice session.
“ugh ur such an amazing gymnast can't wait for meet szn!!” a fan wrote in the comment section. Dunne responded with her own show of excitement for the impending season. “I can’t freaking wait… last one best one 💜,” she replied.
We are likewise looking forward to the gymnast taking to the floor for her last year as a Tiger. The season will kick off with an exhibition meet in December before the main competition starts in January of 2024. With her characteristic good energy and her impressive talent, it’s sure to be exciting.
