Olivia Dunne Puts Her Skills on Display in Clips From Her Balance Beam Routine

With a few months until competition starts, the LSU gymnast proved she’s locked in for year four.

LSU star Olivia Dunne returned to school in August for the last year of her college gymnastics career. The weeks since have seen the athlete in the gym and locker room, where she thrives alongside her fellow Tigers teammates. In addition to all the fun that she’s been having, though, the gymnast is also working hard and preparing for her final season in her purple leotard.

On Oct. 4, she posted a TikTok to her account from a day of practice, proving that she’s gearing up for the team competitions to come. Dunne donned a simple black leotard and took to the balance beam for an afternoon of training. The routine included a series of impressive back handsprings, back and front flips and ended with a backflip twist off of the bar.

“senior szn…last one best one🫡,” she captioned the clip. The popular athlete is clearly ready to make her final season count.

In addition to her aspirations on the mat, the 21-year-old will no doubt continue to pursue her business endeavors, through which she earned the title of the highest-paid female athlete in the country. Dunne also secured a spot on the October cover of Sports Illustrated. More importantly, she returns to school with the prospect of working to further brand partnerships for her peers, as well. Earlier this year, she announced the creation of The Livvy Fund, which aims to help other female athletes at her school garner NIL brand deals.

Needless to say, the gymnast will have a busy final year at LSU, but we hope she takes the time to enjoy it, too.
