It feels like just yesterday Olivia Rodrigo was singing “I’m so sick of 17,” and now the pop star is 21! The three-time Grammy Award-winning artist just celebrated her milestone birthday on Feb. 20, and we‘re obsessed with her look.

The “Good 4 U” singer donned a plunging halter black mini dress with cheeky waist and hip cut-out details and a completely open back (besides two skinny bejeweled belts secured around her waist). She paired the racy number with diamond hoop earrings, chunky silver rings, flared-heel stilettos, a bold red lip and matching ruby manicure. She rocked a full glam moment, including fierce winged eyeliner, feathered brows and a glass skin base, and her long dark brown locks were tossed up into a floppy and intentionally-tousled bun with a few face-framing pieces left loose.

The whole look screamed “main character,” “center of attention” and “21st birthday” in the best way possible.

“today is my last day of being able to underage drink (hypothetically) !!!!” the California native captioned the carousel that she shared with her 36.5 million followers.

“HBD liv 💜,” the official Facebook account commented.

“Birthday liver,” Iris Apatow, who was featured in the photos, wrote.

“happy birthday queen!! 😍,” Spotify wished.

“What’s your first drink gonna be,” Any Gabrielly asked.

“cutie pie angel,” Rachel Zegler gushed.

“Happy Birthday princess ! We love you sm 🍸 🎂 👄,” the official Bratz dolls account chimed.

“turning 21 just in time for guts tour i love 🥹,” someone else added.
