Olympic Hurdler Michelle Jenneke Stuns in These 4 Photos From Las Vegas

The pro athlete has proven herself both on the track and on the set of her SI Swimsuit feature.

Michelle Jenneke is known for a few things. For one, she’s an SI Swimsuit model. The 30-year-old joined the family 10 years ago, traveling to Las Vegas to pose for photographer James Macari. She made an absolute statement in that one-time feature, donning a variety of moody dark purple and black swimsuits for an afternoon by an indoor pool.

Though she made a lasting impression with her photoshoot, she is perhaps more widely known for her work on the track. Born and raised in Australia, Jenneke has been working with a coach since the age of 10, developing her skills as a 100 meter hurdler.

Her career has brought her to some big stages. She represented her country in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. Though she didn’t medal there, she has several other accolades to her name, including semi-finals appearances in each of the five World Championships she has competed in.

She left the most recent World Championships, which took place at the end of August, “14th in the world with fire in [her] belly for more,” she wrote in an Instagram caption following the event.

Jenneke is a force to be reckoned with on the track, and she brought that same energy to the set of her SI Swimsuit photoshoot in 2013. Here are some of our favorites from her series of beautiful and sporty pool deck snaps in Vegas.
