Though Christie Brinkley launched her Bellissima organic Prosecco and wine brand in 2016, the supermodel is just as enthusiastic about her company today as she was when it started. The brand boasts a line of sparkling and still wines, all of which are fully organic and vegan, and appeal to a variety of tastes.

Brinkley, 70, leads a fun-loving, yet health-conscious lifestyle, and her brand reflects just that. A lifelong vegetarian and current vegan, the 10-time SI Swimsuit star crafted Bellissima’s beverages with both taste and health and the forefront.

“You can turn a Monday into a special day by popping a cork and just slowing down, sitting down. That’s what [the brand] means to me,” Brinkley says. “It’s like just taking the time to enjoy your company, and I think that’s so important in this fast-paced world that we live in. [I’m thrilled] to be able to offer [products] that I’m proud of because it’s better for our planet and it’s better for our health. It’s just a healthier choice. If you’re going to imbibe, then it’s a healthier choice.”

Brinkley jokes that her brand’s offerings are “like my children,” so it’s hard to pick just one favorite. However, “I really, really love my Zero Sugar Sparkling Rosé,” she says. “Or my original Zero Sugar Sparkling White Wine is fantastic. I tend to stick with those two.”
