Rose Bertram Brought the Best Energy and the Brightest Bikinis to the Islands of Tahiti

Perhaps one of the best things about welcoming Rose Bertram to the SI Swimsuit family for three years running was the great energy and undeniably bubbly personality she brought to the set. Her three consecutive photo shoots, which took place from 2015 to ’17, included countless noteworthy moments when the model put her incredibly fun attitude on display.

This was no doubt true of her 2016 trip to Tahiti with the SI Swimsuit team and photographer Yu Tsai. Her good spirits while on set were nothing short of contagious, and were perhaps only matched by her equally bright and vibrant bikinis.

The Belgian model danced around in her neon swimsuits and beautiful blonde curls, laughing, dancing and cracking jokes with the others on set. It was, in part, this energy that made her photos from the trip just that good. Sure, they are beautiful because of the idyllic scenery and Bertram’s talent for posing in front of a lens. But they’re especially striking in the way that they capture every bit of her personality. She was having fun on set, and that manifested itself in the glorious final photos.

The same could certainly be true of both of her other SI Swimsuit features. In short, the 29-year-old was an absolute pleasure to welcome to the set of her tropical photo shoots year after year.
