Sailor Brinkley Cook Serves Beachside Barbie Vibes in These 6 Photos From Aruba

Sailor Brinkley Cook certainly made her mark during her SI Swimsuit debut with photographer Emmanuelle Hauguel in Turks and Caicos in 2017. Like mother like daughter: Brinkley Cook is the child of iconic 1990s supermodel Christie Brinkley, who herself appeared on the cover of the SI Swimsuit Issue three years in a row. The two women, and Brinkley’s older daughter Alexa Ray Joel, all posed together for a truly incredible magazine feature six years ago.

The 25-year-old, who began modeling a decade ago, returned to the magazine as a rookie in ’18 and was captured by Yu Tsai in Aruba. She double-dipped that year and posed for another special in-studio project titled “In Her Own Words.”

Today, the New York City native and resident is represented by IMG Models. She loves being on the other side of the camera and shares her creative photography and media on Instagram. Brinkley Cook is also the creator of wellness and candle brand Scared + Divine.

“I decided I really wanted to create something that aligned with my passions and my beliefs and something a little bit bigger than just myself,” she said. “I knew my whole career had just been modeling, and I hadn't really had the chance to open up to the idea of creating a brand or the idea of building something outside of myself.”
