Three-time SI Swimsuit model Samantha Hoopes has a PSA: It's not too late to get the beach bod of your dreams. Her favorite piece of equipment? A keg.

That's right, folks. We took your favorite blonde beauty to the Coney Island Brewery for an unconventional workout, and it was as glorious and inspiring to watch as you would think.

From overhead presses to good old fashioned squats, Sam brought new meaning to the phrase 'work hard, play hard.' Oh, and she also put us in the mood to enjoy an ice cold brewski. It's all about balance, right?
