Retired Serbian tennis professional Ana Ivanovic made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2010 with a unique and exciting New York studio photoshoot with photographer Marlena Bielinska. She donned a gorgeous baby pink bikini and served the most ultimate, flirty Barbie vibes as she posed in a pink tennis ball pit. She also rocked a magenta two-piece and a bright, summery yellow bandeau set.

“I’m really flattered and honored to have the opportunity to be featured in such a magazine. I’m really enjoying it. I feel like a different person out there,” she said while on location. “You know, the attitude to pose in certain positions and I just tried to feel as comfortable as I can.”

The former No. 1-ranked player won the French Open in ’08 and secured 14 WTA titles over the course of her career before she officially retired in 2016. She represented her country twice at the Olympics—in London in 2012 and in Rio in ’16.

Today, Ivanovic shares two boys, Luka and Leon, with former German soccer captain Bastian Schweinsteiger. They welcomed their third baby last May. The 36-year-old is a national ambassador for UNICEF, BRAX clothing and ROLEX watches, and owns a sustainable and organic skincare and cosmetics line, Ana Ivanovic Natural Performance

She is active on Instagram, and often shares life updates, modeling snippets and reflections on her tennis career.

Below are four stunning and fun photos from Ivanovic’s 2010 tennis Barbie-inspired SI Swimsuit photoshoot with Bielinska.
