One-time SI Swimsuit model Raven Lyn is the most breathtaking natural beauty. The Minnesota native, who is of Latin and African descent, was photographed by Yu Tsai in Aruba for her 2018 feature.

The 28-year-old always knew she wanted to pursue modeling as a full-time career and grew up loving fashion. She was always cutting up her clothes and trying new bold style choices. She moved to Los Angeles on her 18th birthday and never looked back. Lyn has since been featured in Elle Arabia and Vogue Russia and has starred in campaigns for DKNY and Nine West.

“It was pretty unreal. I had been thinking about it for a long time. [There are] so many past covers that I loved, and I was like, ‘I’m going to do that.’ I knew I would do it, it was just a matter of when and how, because once I get something locked in my mind, I’m like, ‘I am going to do that,’” she said of her work with SI Swimsuit. “It was an amazing experience. I’m [big] on women’s empowerment and women having a voice, [and] it’s so nice to be able to sit down and have a conversation with people who all have the same end goal. They were such great people—it was an amazing team and an amazing environment. I’m always appreciative of every experience that I get—each one of them holds sentimental value to me. I wouldn’t say one trumps the other because I enjoy what I do, and it’s rewarding to know the effort and the time that you put in actually works. But... the Sports Illustrated one was pretty f------ awesome, I will give you that.”

Below are five jaw-dropping photos from her 2018 SI Swimsuit feature in Aruba.
