Swim Search Finalist Chelsea Heath Made Her Mark on the Beaches of Atlantic City

She was one of 13 women to be photographed for the 2021 magazine.

The coast of New Jersey got just that much brighter when actress Chelsea Heath set foot on the beaches for the 2021 SI Swimsuit Issue. As one of 13 finalists in that year’s annual open casting call, the Swim Search, she made the trip from her home in California to Atlantic City for a photoshoot on the beautiful sand beaches of the East Coast.

Posing in vibrant swimsuits in front of photographer Yu Tsai’s lens, Heath proved her skill to the world, and to herself. Much as she should have been, she was proud of the hard work that got her to the set with the SI Swimsuit team, and she expressed her pride in an Instagram post at the time.

“This is the girl who took free jobs forever when she first moved here. This is the girl who worked her butt off in this industry for the past ten years, and will continue to push,” she wrote in the caption. “This is the girl who WON’T ever stop. I’m capable, I’m loved, I’m resourceful, I’m active, I’m passionate, I have drive. I gave myself the weekend to really appreciate myself and how far I’ve come. Sometimes we get lost in what everyone else is doing and we don’t focus on ourselves, our mind set, our goals. I was here from day one to make a difference and I’ll continue to do that throughout my work. Cheers to moving forward and the things to come!”
