When we headed down to Miami for SI Swimsuit Launch Week, we knew we wanted to create some fun content that would showcase the vibrant culture of Little Cuba. What we came back with was even better.

It's time to introduce the Golden Oldies—Miami Heat's premiere dance team comprised solely of 60+ senior citizens. Known primarily for their on-court routines, the men and women of the Golden Oldies are arguably more fit and feisty than your average twenty-something. Trust us—we were there for their cardio-filled practice.

So when Hannah Ferguson, Kate Bock and Emily DiDonato found themselves clad in Heat jerseys and learning a sweat-inducing number, magic happened.
