Danish model Solveig Hansen posed for the 2015 SI Swimsuit issue, when she traveled to Tennessee with photographer Ben Watts for a gorgeous equestrian-inspired photoshoot.

The 28-year-old, who entered the industry at the age of 14, has been featured in major campaigns for Bec and Bridge, Fisch Swim, Agent Provocateur and Hanne Bloch and is a regular ambassador and model for Incanto lingerie.

The former Victoria’s Secret model, who was born in Give, Denmark, revealed she feels most comfortable in sweatpants and loves running. She loves rollercoasters, pepperoni pizza and dark chocolate.

Today, Hansen, who is represented by IMG Models and was formerly signed to Metro Models, is passionate about sustainable fashion. She lived in New York City for a few years before moving to London in 2017 and according to her previous agency she always knew she wanted to be a model and use to walk down pretend catwalks with her sister Pernille in their grandmothers living room.

The self-proclaimed nerd, who loves to read, channeled her inner cowgirl girl—fitting because she grew up on her parents farm and horse breeding grounds—during her 2015 shoot. She posed on a bare-back horse, in hunter boots, and on a picnic blanket in a variety of fun bikinis and one pieces for a super Western-coded series of photos.
