The Stunning Robin Holzken Posed Among Giraffes During Her SI Swim Feature in Kenya

A daring and darling second brand photo shoot for the Dutch model.

Robin Holzken was photographed by Yu Tsai in Kenya.

Robin Holzken wasn’t new to the set of a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit photo shoot when she headed to Kenya with the team and photographer Yu Tsai in 2019. She had made her debut the year prior, posing for a glorious set of photos on the beaches of Harbour Island, Bahamas

Of course, it was an impressive rookie photo shoot, and one that earned her the second feature in front of verdant backdrops in Kenya. It turned out to be somewhat of a fitting setting for the model, who has a distinct love of animals. She posed in a safari-inspired photo shoot, with giraffes and other animals roaming around behind her.

In fact, it is a love that would have her studying to work with animals if not for her career as a model. “I’ve always loved dogs,” she explained during her rookie shoot with the brand. “I love animals, and if I wasn’t modeling, I would be studying something with that right now.”

But, luckily for us, she is a model—and a successful one at that. In addition to her three consecutive SI Swimsuit photo shoots, the Dutch model has starred in a variety of brand campaigns throughout her career.

We’re thoroughly impressed by her and everything she has achieved. But we’re particularly enamored by her sophomore SI Swim shoot. Here are a few of the stunning photos from the trip to Kenya.
