Model Vita Sidorkina made her debut with SI Swimsuit in 2017, making an impression in Curaçao and earning a second photoshoot the following year. She then returned to the issue in 2020 for the most stunning series of Western-inspired photos taken in Saratoga, Wyo.

The 29-year-old gave birth to her first child, a daughter, whom she shares with her husband, Italian film producer Valerio Morabito, in late 2018. While on set in Wyoming, Sidorkina took the chance to reflect on her relationship with beauty and her body postpartum.

According to the model, “Beauty... is confidence and kindness [and] passion,” she told the team while on set among the stunning fields and beautiful horses of the west.

The model was always pleased to work with SI Swimsuit, but that year was a particularly good experience “because I feel my best,” she said at the time.

“It’s just [an] unexplainable feeling to be [a] mom and carry a child. You just build [more] confidence and another perception [of] your body,” she explained of her relationship to her body postpartum. “I appreciate my body so much more now than I [did] before. I just feel so confident this year,” something she hadn’t felt to the same degree in her modeling career prior to giving birth.

The beauty is currently expecting her second child with Morabito. As a nod of congratulations, we're reminiscing on her 2020 postpartum photoshoot in Wyoming. Here are eight of our favorites from the trip.
