USWNT Member Crystal Dunn Winds Down by the Ocean in Tropical Neon Bikini and Matching Wrap After World Cup Run
The USWNT’s World Cup run came to a disappointing end on Aug. 6, with a Round of 16 loss to Sweden in penalty kicks. Though we were certainly expecting a deeper run than that—and hoping for a third consecutive World Cup championship—from the dominant American roster, we are glad to see the members staying positive and taking a well-deserved break after a hard-fought tournament.
USWNT member Crystal Dunn is certainly relaxing after months of grueling training and competition. The professional defender shared a series of snaps with her 342,000 Instagram followers on Aug. 14, featuring scenes from a recent beachfront vacation.
The 2019 SI Swimsuit model donned a pink-and-orange neon tropical print bikini for an afternoon by the water. She paired the bright string suit with a matching blue-and-pink beach wrap, which she tied in a knot above her chest for a chic relaxed cover-up look. The professional athlete tied a similarly tropical-patterned scarf around her head, for a fashion statement and sun protection all-in-one.
Dunn received a lot of love from followers and fans on the post, encouraging her to enjoy the well-deserved R&R. “So strong and beautiful. Enjoy your rest,” one such fan kindly commented.
Despite the end to their World Cup, the USWNT players are staying positive and recharging for their professional seasons and further national team play to come—and Dunn is absolutely stunning on the beaches while doing it.
