In Honor of Vendela Kirsebom’s Return to the Runway, Here Are Some of Her Most Iconic SI Swim Photos Over the Years

Vendela Kirsebom walked the SI Swimsuit Runway Show at Miami Swim Week last Friday, and we are still in awe. She made her magazine debut with the brand in 1992 with photographer Robert Huntzinger in Spain and landed the cover the following year after her sophomore shoot with the brand in the Florida Keys. The Norwegian-Swedish model double-dipped that year for another feature in which she posed in the snow and with huskies in Alaska.

The 56-year-old was photographed twice in one year again in 1994 when she traveled to Aspen, Colo., and Santa Barbara, Calif. The Vendela Swimwear founder returned for an in-studio photo shoot for the magazine’s iconic 50th anniversary issue in 2014.
