Ally Courtnall

Ally Courtnall, who holds dual citizenship from the U.S. and Canada, grew up in a family of athletes. Both her father and uncle played in the NHL. Ally competed for UCLA as a two-sport athlete (soccer and track), and in 2013 won a NCAA title with the Bruins, being named the Most Outstanding Defensive Player of the tournament. Now Ally is a full-time model and advocate for mental health. This fall she will launch a mental-health-focused brand in hopes of ending the stigma attached to mental health and empower the silent warriors. Other interests also include traveling, cooking (Ally is a huge foodie) and Pilates.
