2023 SI Swimsuit Rookie Sixtine’s Favorite European Cities to Visit in the Summer

The model shared her top destinations within Italy, Portugal and Spain.

Sixtine, a 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie, loves to travel. She has spent the past few summers in various countries across Europe, and now she’s sharing all of her favorite spots.

The Texas native, who now lives in New York City, is constantly traveling for work—whether it’s a photo shoot in Portugal with Anthropologie, a spontaneous week in London, or a quick 36-hour trip in Hawai’i, the 25-year-old is always on the go.

Below are Sixtine’s top three countries to visit in the summer and her favorite cities in each.

Portugal

Sixtine visited Lisbon, Portugal, with a group of girls in 2019 and says she would go back to the “stunning” city in a heartbeat.

Spain

“I went to Madrid [and] Barcelona with my best friend Julia,” she shares. “But different people met us along the way. Those [cities] were both so much fun.”

Italy

“This last summer, I did three weeks in Italy, and of course, it was the summer that everybody took their Italian vacation,” Sixtine said. “I started in Milan and then went to Lake Como. From there I went to Venice, Rome, Sorrento, Capri and Naples.”

The TikTok influencer even created an “Italy” playlist on the video-based platform for her 801,000 followers.

“Summer in Italy—oof—I would do it again,” she says, making a “chef’s kiss” motion with her hands and pursing her lips.
