“I wanted to talk to you guys about my mental health journey and things that I’ve learned that have helped me through the process,” Clauson says. “I just kind of went through this moment of life and I realized that I didn't know who I was. I was very anxious. I was obsessing over certain thoughts and couldn’t get them out of my head.”
