Welcome to Mama Mantra Mondays with Sharina Gutierrez! Throughout the month, the 2024 SI Swimsuit rookie will lead a sound bath meditation focused on a specific mantra or affirmation to help center the mind and hone the energy for the week to come. By the end of January, you’ll have the tools necessary to help create the life you desire.

Today marks the fifth episode of Mama Mantra Mondays, a sound bath meditation series with 2023 Swim Search co-winner Sharina Gutierrez. So far, the 33-year-old entrepreneur and mom of three has helped us build a foundation of gratitude, create abundancepractice patience and celebrate all forms of success along the way.

This week’s intention is all about love, which is the focus of her family’s most important mantras and affirmations at home.

“I feel like mantras have helped our family stick together, and our family mantra has always been ‘love always wins,’” Gutierrez explains. “When we operate from that space of love always wins, we know that no matter what, at any time and point, we can reset. We can choose to not be angry, choose to act with love, and that we’ll always win once we move with love and compassion.”

Episode 5: Love

This week’s episode is near and dear to Gutierrez’s heart, as it is her personal favorite message in the series thus far.

“It’s all about love and really bringing in the love for yourself, the love for what you’re creating, and the love of life and appreciating everything that you’re finally manifesting,” she explains.

Below, join the Mama Mantra founder in repeating mantras that help to affirm love and light.

“My heart is opened to love / I love without condition / I give love and I receive love freely / I deserve love / I am filled with love and light / Love is my best friend / I love who I am and receive love from others / Love is here with me now, tomorrow and all the days going forward / I am love.”
