Former pro golfer Paige Spiranac has a lot on her plate these days. In between regularly creating content as a social media influencer, Spiranac launched a subscription-only platform for her super fans called “OnlyPaige” in January.

The podcast host will be heading to Arizona next week for the Phoenix Open and Super Bowl LVII. At the end of February, she’ll be attending the Chicago Golf Show. With such a busy schedule, how does Spiranac find the time to relax? With a few tried and true self-love practices. We recently chatted with the 29-year-old about everything from her favorite athleisure brands to her 2018 SI Swimsuit photo shoot in Aruba and more.

During our conversation, Spiranac revealed the ways she enjoys practicing self-care on a daily basis.

“I have been trying to put my phone down at 8 p.m., which I have not been very successful at,” she shares with a laugh.

Spiranac regularly creates content for her Instagram, TikTok and Twitter followers, including lifestyle sneak peeks and instructional golf content, so it’s understandable that she’s consciously trying to take a break from screen time.

“I’ve been trying to read more and go for quote unquote hot girl walks,” she adds.

Spiranac says that she relishes any time she can get outside and get her body moving, particularly when she’s back home in Colorado.

“I always go for a walk with my dog and try to just get some fresh air,” she says.

While Spiranac is incredibly grateful for her legion of loyal followers on social media, she points out that being an influencer means she’s always online. She shares that disconnecting from the internet is a way she shows herself love.

“I think with what I do, I’m constantly connected to my phone and looking at my phone and you can get down some dark rabbit holes that way,” she offers. “So [I prioritize] taking time to disconnect, focus on myself and make sure I get some fresh air.”
