Kate Bock is a legend when it comes to SI Swimsuit. The Canadian model has been featured in the magazine 10 different times over the years, making her debut in 2013 in Easter Island, Chile. After that first photo shoot, she joined the SI Swimsuit team for nine consecutive features, culminating in her '22 trip to Belize with photographer Yu Tsai.

The model, who earned the coveted cover spot in 2020 after her photoshoot in Bali, accompanied photographer David Burton to Easter Island a decade ago to kick off her SI Swimsuit career.

Since then, she has taken the time to reflect on her experience with the brand and has shared her thoughts with the team on several occasions. Following her sixth photoshoot with SI Swimsuit in Nevis, Bock spoke highly of her experience.

“It’s exciting every year. That part doesn’t leave,” she said. “Every year there [are] new girls. So for launch week, it’s always fun to meet new girls, and we get some good girl hang time.”

She was especially appreciative of the atmosphere during launch week and the interactions between all of the models. “The girls are very supportive of each other,” she noted.

In addition to the support between the models, Bock praised the support she felt every year on set. “They want to help you and they want to enjoy the time shooting with you,” she said of the SI Swimsuit team.

Below are six of the most stunning snapshots from Bock’s rookie year in Easter Island.
