9 of the Best Pics From Kamie Crawford’s SI Swim Photoshoot in Dominica
Earlier this year, American model Kamie Crawford made her way to Dominica with photographer Yu Tsai for her second consecutive feature in the annual SI Swimsuit Issue.
Among the beautiful natural scenery, including idyllic natural rock formations lining the beach and vibrant green palm trees, Crawford made a statement in a series of vibrant swimsuits modeled after “Mother Nature.” The swimsuits featured three-dimensional floral features and earthy tones, including deep greens, purples and pinks.
In addition to her two features with SI Swimsuit, the former Miss Teen USA spends much of her time working as a television host. Having concentrated in TV/radio and digital media while earning her undergraduate degree in communications and media studies, she is well-suited for her position as a host of MTV’s Are You The One? and cohost of Catfish: The TV Show. She is also a strong advocate for body positivity and mental health.
Her first SI Swimsuit appearance took her to St. Croix with photographer Derek Kettela last year, making for a series of really beautiful images. Today, we are thinking back on this year’s photoshoot, and below are some of the best snaps from the day. We won’t be getting over them any time soon.
