Christen Harper Stuns in Black String Bikini Poolside in Beverly Hills

The SI Swimsuit model spent a few days with fellow magazine star Katie Austin in her home state of California.

While many celebrities might be heading to far-flung destinations to get their fill of sunshine before the fall and winter seasons, SI Swimsuit model Christen Harper opted for a more accessible, yet idyllic location for a warm weather trip before taking on the crisp autumn.

She traveled to Beverly Hills, Calif., for a quick visit with friends, including fellow SI Swimsuit model Katie Austin, who lives in California full-time. Though a brief trip, she made the most of her time out west, donning a black string bikini and blue denim shorts for a lovely poolside afternoon at the glamorous Maybourne Hotel. She was joined for the afternoon of tanning by Austin and two of their other friends, including her PLANTED cofounder, Elizabeth Turner.

“Home away from home,” Harper captioned a series of photos she posted from the afternoon by the pool. In the first slide, she posed for the camera holding a refreshing cucumber drink, the perfect complement to a day in the sun.

“48 hours is not enough!!!!!!” Austin sweetly wrote in the comment section. “I miss u already.”

Since she spends her fall and winter in Detroit supporting her fiancé, Lions quarterback Jared Goff, during his NFL season, we can’t blame her for wanting to get away for one last trip before the cold takes hold in her midwestern home. Hopefully the 30-year-old has the chance to take a more extended trip back to her home state before too long.
