Katie Austin is a certified fitness trainer, health coach, author, blogger, entrepreneur and host. She learned to love and maintain a lifestyle full of health, wellness and activity from her mother, fitness icon Denise Austin.


The former Division I lacrosse player at USC has grown her brand to almost 2 million followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and her website, katieaustin.tv. She also runs the Katie Austin App, which hosts a library of hundreds of on-demand workout classes, recipes and lifestyle tips. 


As if her ever-growing list of accomplishments wasn’t long enough, Austin was the co-winner of the 2021 SI Swim Search and was named co–Rookie of the Year (alongside her bestie Christen Goff) in 2022. She’s returned to the magazine every year since—and she’s not done just yet!
