Katie Austin is a certified fitness trainer, health coach, author, blogger, entrepreneur and host. She learned to love and maintain a lifestyle full of health, wellness and activity from her mother, fitness icon Denise Austin. The former Division I lacrosse player at USC has grown her brand to almost two million followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and her website, katieaustin.tv. She also runs the recently revamped Katie Austin App, which hosts a library of 230-plus on-demand workout classes, 150-plus recipes and tons of lifestyle tips. Austin was the co-winner of the 2021 Swim Search, was named co–Rookie of the Year (with Christen Harper) for her ’22 issue appearance and returns for the ’23 edition.
