Jessica White’s SI Swim Feature in the Philippines Is Captivating

The seasoned model made a series of impressive appearances in the annual issue.

Between 2003 and 2011, American model Jessica White appeared in the SI Swimsuit issue eight different times. She is what we might call a seasoned star of the brand.

That’s why, when she set foot on the set of her most recent brand feature, she knew exactly what to expect. All of her previous appearances had been impressive, and we expected nothing less of her trip to the Philippines.

Of course, White delivered, just as we knew she would. The 39-year-old took to the oceanfront set with her typically contagious good energy, rocking a series of blue-toned bikinis and one-pieces that complemented her natural surroundings.

By the time she made that last appearance, the model had already been in the industry for more than a decade. She was scouted at the age of 12, about seven years before she made her SI Swimsuit debut. In other words, she was experienced, and had the resume to prove it.

Her other impressive career highlights include appearances in magazines like Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, as well as runway gigs for the likes of Ralph Lauren and Oscar de la Renta. These days, White continues to pose for brand campaigns and pursue modeling in a variety of capacities. But, naturally, we’re still thinking about her stint with the SI Swimsuit Issue.

All of her photo shoots are worth returning to, but today we’re taking a look back at her trip to the Philippines in particular. Here are some of the fantastic photos from the getaway.
