SI Swim Model Brooks Nader and Mike Tyson Are an Unexpected BFF Duo on the Red Carpet

The 2023 cover star and the former professional boxer placed bets at Thursday’s launch party at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Fla.

Brooks Nader and Mike Tyson are used to being in the spotlight, and Thursday night’s events at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Fla., were no exception.

The SI Swimsuit model, who was featured on the cover of the 2023 issue, and the former professional boxing star were captured having a blast as they celebrating placing their first bet during the star-studded affair held in honor of the official debut of craps, roulette and sports betting in the Sunshine State.

The Baton Rouge native, who was photographed by James Macari in the Dominican Republic earlier this year, bet on the Miami Marlins winning the World Series.

Tyson and Nader, a friendship duo we are totally obsessed with, also posed with rapper and record executive Rick Ross on the red carpet.

Fellow SI Swimsuit cover girls Camille Kostek and Jasmine Sanders, 2022 co-Rookies of the Year Christen Harper and Katie Austin, ’23 rookie Nicole Williams English and Swim Search co-winner Jena Sims were also at the glamorous party. The women had fun playing games, betting, posing on the red carpet, sipping drinks and singing along to live performer Bruno Mars’s music.
