Katrina Scott returns to SI Swimsuit for the 2022 issue shooting in St. Croix becoming the first visibly pregnant woman in SI Swimsuit. The SI team interviews her exploring her pregnancy journey, loss and deeper purpose behind her modeling career

"I am the first visibly pregnant woman in the magazine, which is such an honor. And I also hope to empower a lot of women out there that maybe feel powerless..I hope to make her [newborn] feel like she is also worthy of her dreams because I've been in the position of not feeling worthy. I hope that she also smiles and sees herself and my heart in this issue...two hearts."
