June is Pride Month, and while the SI Swimsuit brand is proud to champion LGBTQ+ business owners, content creators, entrepreneurs and individuals from all walks of life year-round, now is a particularly poignant moment to support queer-owned brands with your hard-earned dollars.

Perhaps you’re looking for a new swimsuit to hit the beach or pool in this summer or are interested in finding a few cute accessories to elevate the seasonal staples you already have in your closet. Either way, the following brands have got you covered.

The list below features swimwear, clothing, accessory and beauty brands that are helmed by LGBTQ+ individuals. Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift for a loved one or a little treat for yourself, grab your credit card and get to shopping.

Chromat

Founder Becca McCharen-Tran created Chromat with inclusivity in mind. The brand produces “future-forward bodywear” that’s designed to fit any and every body using sustainable materials from both fishing nets and post-consumer recycled plastic.

Haus of Pinklemonaid

You may have noticed several SI Swimsuit models rocking Haus of Pinklemonaid looks in this year’s magazine, as well as in prior issues. Swimwear designer Andi Frederic previously told SI Swimsuit that they believe “everyone is beautiful and deserves to be celebrated.”

“I believe that is the communication I have through my designs,” they explained further. “A celebration of bodies and using my swimsuits as almost portals to a personal, transformative space—on both a mental and physical level.”

TomboyX

We love a brand that offers inclusive sizing, and TomboyX’s swimwear, activewear and undergarments are available in sizes 3XS to 6X. Founders Fran Dunaway and Naomi Gonzalez are not only committed to producing garments for all, they do so with sustainability efforts in mind. As a certified B Corp, TomboyX sources cotton from BCI-certified suppliers and ships orders in biodegradable packaging.

Humankind

This gender-inclusive swimwear brand was founded by Haily Marzullo. Each design is tested to suit different body types, so you can feel comfortable and confident no matter what. Best of all, the swim tops, bottoms and one-pieces are made with sporty fabric that stretches as you move.

Andie Swim

Founder Melanie Travis started her swimwear brand six years ago and has since made a major splash in the fashion industry, collaborating with the likes of Demi Moore and Mindy Kaling on celebrity collections. In addition to swimwear, Andie offers cover-ups, loungewear and intimates.

Wildfang

Founded by a trio of entrepreneurs—Emma Mcilroy, Taralyn Thuot and Julia Parsley—Wildfang produces gender-free clothing in sizes XS to 3X. The brand offers everything from blazers and button-ups to coveralls and casual trousers.

Jannike Sommar

Designer Jannike Sommar implements vibrant colors and bold prints in all of their designs, which include swimwear, bodysuits, sweatshirts, pants, shorts and more.

Kirrin Finch

Founders Laura Moffat and Kelly Sanders Moffat created their brand to challenge traditional fashion norms that typically split offerings into categories like “menswear” and “womenswear.” Kirrin Finch’s line of non-binary and androgynous clothing includes suits and blazers, sweaters, vests and more.

Automatic Gold

Made of reclaimed materials, each piece produced by Automatic Gold is designed with comfort and sustainability in mind. Founder Al Sandimirova is committed to not only creating quality rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, but prioritizing representation when it comes to the brand’s models.

Malin + Goetz

Founded nearly 20 years ago by Matthew Malin and Andrew Goetz, this best-selling brand offers simple skincare solutions with a limited number of products, so your wallet and counter space will thank you. Plus, each face, body, hair and fragrance offering is made with sensitive skin in mind.
