6 of Our Favorite Photos of the Gorgeous Georgina Burke in Puerto Rico

The Australian model returned to the SI Swimsuit Issue for her second consecutive photoshoot in 2023.

The 2023 issue of SI Swimsuit saw several new faces and several returning ones, too. Among those making another appearance in the annual magazine was Australian model Georgina Burke, who earned her first feature just the year before in Barbados.

This year, she traveled to Puerto Rico with photographer Ben Watts for her second consecutive photoshoot with the brand. The feature took on the culture of its destination, which is a prominent surfing destination in the area. For that reason, Burke wore swimwear inspired by 1970s surf culture—and looked absolutely stunning in the process. 

The model, who can be found these days posing for brands such as Seafolly Australia, was ecstatic to have the chance to return to the magazine for another year, and she expressed as much in an Instagram post that she shared at the time.

“Wild the support you all show me for being apart of @si_swimsuit wish every model got the chance to be apart of this,” she wrote in the caption. “There are not too many shoots you walk away from walking on cloud. From having so much positivity come from the team! It’s a small but mighty team who makes this come alive and woweee I’m so blessed to be one of the girls they include.”

While Burke was excited for the opportunity to participate, we were equally excited for her absolute skill in front of the camera. Below are a few of the incredible snapshots from the trip.
