7 Breathtaking Photos From Hannah Ferguson’s SI Swimsuit Body Paint Photo Shoot in St. Lucia
Hannah Ferguson dropped jaws with her 2014 SI Swimsuit body paint photo shoot in St. Lucia. The model made her debut that year and double dipped with another gorgeous feature with Walter Iooss Jr.
She returned the following year for a fun photo shoot on Route 66, and in ’16, she was photographed by James Macari in Turks and Caicos. The model’s most recent appearance in the magazine was in 2017 in Fiji.
Makeup artist Joanne Gair was tapped for the body painting feature. She recreated the iconic fishnet-inspired swimsuit that Cheryl Tiegs wore in 1978.
“I was a bit nervous before we started to paint, but I think the outcome was really great,” the 30-year-old model said at the time. “I have never been that exposed on camera before, but it was a fun experience, and I just embraced it and went with it, and actually had a really good time.”
She added that it was a comforting “mind game” because everyone on set thought she was wearing something.
Below are seven of our favorite photos from Ferguson’s body paint feature in St. Lucia.
