Camille Kostek is the epitome of confidence. The body positivity advocate isn't afraid to dish about her famous physique when fans ask. That's why the 2019 SI Swimsuit cover model decided to share details about her diet recently via her Instagram Stories. Turns out her regime doesn't include dieting at all.
"I get asked a lot about my diet, what I eat in a day, what my restrictions are etc.," she posted. "Here is the main takeaway from these questions. I have been living this way for years: I don't count calories; I count chemicals."
Kostek added, "It's always been my goal to eat as clean as possible as much as possible. Making meals/snacks/drinks with ingredients I know and understand. When I'm out to eat, this is much harder/or on the road at airports/on sets, etc., and I allow myself to eat unhealthy when I'm in a mood to and enjoy it."
The 29-year-old went on to explain that she only buys organic and gluten-free foods and that she's vegetarian. More recently, she's choosing to be "mostly dairy-free" to see how that could change her body and mind. She doesn't drink coffee and will opt for the gluten-free options while out, but it's all about balance. "If I'm truly craving the gluten," she said. "I'll eat it and enjoy it."

Kostek, who recently appeared in the Ryan Reynolds-led Free Guy, even went so far as to reveal some of her favorite meals. Those include toasted gluten-free bread with pesto, avocado, hummus and fresh garden vegetables. She likes pairing it with a berry smoothie, farmer's market berries and water. Another option? A bowl of oats with almond butter, berries, chocolate chips from Enjoy Life Foods and a touch of cinnamon.
"When I like something, I take a pic to remember when I feel stumped at the grocery store," she revealed.
The other secrets? Limited alcohol and lots of water.
Kostek's intuitive eating lifestyle is something we can all get behind.
