Candace Cameron Bure is starting the year off with some exercise, and the actress shared her latest move of the day with her 5.6 million Instagram followers on Wednesday.

In her Jan. 3 post, the 47-year-old mom of three demonstrated on a yoga mat as she performed a push-up on her knees and moved into a modified child’s pose before repeating. Bure wore a white crop top for her gym sesh, which she paired with black leggings and Hoka sneakers.

“Here is my MOVE OF THE DAY compliments of the @kirastokesfit app 💪🏼…I’m calling it the stealth panther 🐆😂,” Bure noted in her caption, while crediting personal trainer and group fitness coach Kira Stokes.

“This looks hard but you make it look easy!!! I wanna try this one 😍❤️,” one fan responded in the comments section.

“I LOVE this one!!” a fellow fitness fanatic added.

“Great form 💗👍,” someone else complimented.

“I’ll try it! I just finished up a treadmill workout,” another user shared of their own fitness routine. “Starting the year off right ❤️.”

“Thanks for the motivation to move ! ❤️,” one follower applauded.

Bure has been working with Stokes for nearly a decade. The trainer recently told Women’s Health that they typically train together in person three days a week, while Bure will use Stokes’s app for two additional days on her own.

“She’ll try for five days a week. But she’s really realistic,” Stokes told the outlet. “She doesn’t get mad at herself if she misses the workout. She’s very like, ‘Life is life and that’s what happens.’”
