Melissa Wood-Tepperberg Dons String Bikini, Shares 4 Exercises for a Better Booty

During the summer months, when a bathing suit becomes a daily staple, toning exercises can become an important part of your routine. If you’re searching for the best booty exercises, look no further than workout and wellness leader Melissa Wood-Tepperberg, whose simple, no-weight workouts can be done anywhere, from your beach rental to your apartment.

In between time lounging under the summer sun, the 2023 SI Swimsuit rookie took to TikTok to share four simple bodyweight booty exercises for toning your glutes. The yoga and Pilates instructor sported a string triangle bikini top and matching bottoms to perform the moves, using nothing more than an exercise mat. She paired the beachy ensemble with a shell necklace and left her wavy hair down for the quick routine.

The set included donkey kicks with flexed foot, leg lifts, donkey kicks with straight leg and pointed toe and leg circles. She demonstrated each move clearly, making it easy for followers to save and follow along on their own time.

Set to the song “Rush” by Troye Sivan, the clip featured the fitness influencer dancing around playfully on her mat between moves. She was clearly having fun while demonstrating the glute exercises, and the 40-year-old proved you can really workout in any outfit, any time.
