Media personality and golf instructor Paige Spiranac’s Instagram series “Just the Tip” offers easily digestible tricks for improving your game on the green. In the latest installment, the 30-year-old took to the social media platform on Wednesday to inform her 3.9 million followers how to best hit a punch shot.

In the Dec. 6 video, Spiranac demonstrated how to execute a knockdown shot while clad in a zip-up onesie from Alo Yoga that hugged her curvy figure perfectly. The one-time SI Swimsuit model accented the slate-colored activewear with white athletic shoes and a light pink golf glove.

“So the first thing you want to do in your setup is put the ball in the back of your stance, choke down and then set your hands and your weight forward,” Spiranac explained as she showed her fans exactly how to set their swing up.

She also suggested swinging at about 85% rather than full force, and shared when the punch shot can really come in handy.

“And the cool thing about this shot is that you can hit it with any club in your bag,” she added. “It’s a great shot to have when it’s breezy outside or if you just feel a little bit uncomfortable and need a little bit more control.”

Plenty of Spiranac’s Instagram followers piped in to the comments section of the post with praise.

“It is a very important shot,” one person wrote. “I use it often ⛳️.”

“Beauty, brains, and skills! 👏,” someone else applauded.

“A knockout executing the knock down shot,” another person quipped.
