Sofia Vergara‘s Flouncy Red Dress Features an Unexpected Cut-Out
Halloween is over and the Christmas trees and holiday drinks are coming out. Sofia Vergara has busted out the red dresses for holiday season and we’re totally in awe of her latest ruby look.
The Modern Family alumna attended architect Sami Hayek’s art show in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Nov. 2 and she donned the most gorgeous midi gown featuring a sweet flouncy hem, flowy silhouette, ruched line design and a special asymmetrical cut-out revealing a part of her chest and one shoulder.
The 51-year-old paired the look with a blue designer handbag and silver platform peep-toe heels featuring bow strap details. Her long copper brown locks were super smooth and straight and she opted for a full-glam moment, including a fresh, natural base, feathered brows, dark lashes and liner, rosy blush and a matte mauve lip.
“I have been doing my makeup in the same way since I’m 15, with kind of like the same tones, because that’s what looks good on me. Even the same thing with my clothes. I know there’s a style,” the toty suncare founder told Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year. “I know my body shape. I am not a model. I don’t need to be wearing over-the-top fashion, just to be in. I wear the style that I know that for my figure, with the big boobs and whatever, is going to look good on me. I don’t care what anyone says. That’s what makes me feel comfortable and confident. So I think you need to find the things that make you feel comfortable, and then that’s all you need.”
Vergara, who was married to actor Joe Manganiello for seven years, got divorced in July. She arrived to Thursday’s art exhibit alongside orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman, whom she recently sparked romance rumors with.
