She was the first Asian player to hold the world No. 1 ranking in singles and the first Japanese player to win a Grand Slam tournament.

But her impact goes beyond her athletic feats. Osaka is a vocal activist and successful entrepreneur. She uses her platform to speak out against racial injustice, human rights violations and the importance of mental health.
