You’ll Never Guess Who Crashed Alexis Ren’s SI Swimsuit Photo Shoot in Aruba

The 2018 Rookie of the Year laughed about the interaction in a behind-the-scenes clip.

Alexis Ren was featured in the 2018 SI Swimsuit Issue after posing for photographer Yu Tsai in Aruba.

The media personality, mental health activist and actress has graced the cover of Grazia magazine and was featured in The Enforcer opposite Antonio Banderas and Kate Bosworth. The 26-year-old is also the founder of We Are Warriors, an educational platform for physical wellness and mental health.

While tons of gorgeous images were captured at Ren’s photo shoot in the Caribbean, one of the 2018 Rookie of the Year’s looks stands out in particular. Ren wore bikini bottoms made of nothing but flowers while she held her hands over her chest for a series of snapshots. She was also accompanied by an unexpected visitor during the moment.

“This is Sandy,” Ren said in a behind-the-scenes clip on location, referring to the dog who interrupted her photo shoot. “I was topless in the ocean and I heard a big splash and I look up, and I just see this face in front of me with this tongue … she’s just like, ‘Pet me!’”

Luckily, Ren made a new friend and Sandy didn’t prohibit the model from nailing her pose or Tsai from capturing the perfect image.
