Former cover star Hailey Clauson returns to the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue after posing for photographer James Macari in the Dominican Republic.

Clauson’s Barbiecore-themed photo shoot embraced the sunny vibe of the classic doll through vibrant colors and classic patterns. The Southern California native stunned in a variety of silhouettes as she balanced fun and playful energy with strong feminine power. Clauson donned a two-tone swimsuit by Haus of Pinklemonaid and bracelets by Alexis Bittar that tied perfectly to the Barbie aesthetic.

Prior to landing the cover of the 2016 SI Swimsuit Issue, the model appeared in several music videos, including Jay-Z’s “Empire State of Mind.” This year, she became co-owner and creative director of Margaux Agency, a Los Angeles-based modeling agency, where she is also represented.
