Olivia Dunne and the LSU Tigers are heading into the NCAA gymnastics competition season tomorrow, and the 21-year-old is putting in her final training hours before she competes for her first meet of the year.

The senior, who is the highest-paid female college athlete in the country, took to Instagram and blew our minds with a fabulous, impressive and poised beam routine. She rocked a classic black high-neck leotard and used just her palms on the beam and lifted all the way up into a mid-air splits and handstand. Slowly and with control, she lowered her legs down, straight onto the beam in a wide V-shape. She let go with one hand, flexed it forward, straddled the beam, smiled and struck a landing before she posed and hopped off.

How does she make it look so effortless? We’re in awe and will never be able to understand.

The New Jersey native, who is dating MLB player Paul Skenes, left her long blonde locks loose and naturally wavy, and tossed them back into a ponytail. She flaunted her super toned legs, tiny waist and ultra-sculpted arms—not to mention her impeccable skills.

“bit of a stretch… #gymnastics #lsu #tumbling,” Dunne captioned the post she shared with her 4.7 million Instagram followers. The social media star also has a following of 7.8 million on TikTok.

“what she’s doing is actually really freakin athletic. Three Olympics I could never…,” Lolo Jones noted.

“LIVVY THE RIZZLER,” Madden San Miguel added.

“This kind of hotness should be illegal,” one fan chimed.

Watch out, Ohio State University! The SI Swimsuit model and her team are coming for you tomorrow, Jan. 5 in Baton Rouge.
