It's been a huge year for Jessica Gomes. Among her many accomplishments, the Australian model appeared in her sixth SI Swimsuit Issue, became the new ambassador for David Jones and starred in one of the most memorable Instagram photos in recent memory. Gomes turns 28 on Wednesday and appears to be celebrating the big day in Hyde Park, though she took time to respond to a special Happy Birthday tweet from another SI fave, Nina Agdal.
