Olandria, Gabi Moura and More SI Swimsuit Models Share a Sneak Peek From Set

Several women who traveled to the Sunshine State for the 2026 issue have shared behind-the-scenes content on social media.

Earlier this week, seven women were announced in our latest intstallment of model reveals ahead of the release of the 2026 SI Swimsuit Issue. Katie Austin, Christen Goff, Gabi Moura, Olandria, Jasmine Sanders, Jena Sims and Ellie Thumann traveled to Fort Myers, Fla., for their time in the spotlight, where the five familiar faces and two rookies posed for photographer Katherine Goguen.

And following our official announcement, several of the models have given their Instagram followers a peek behind the curtain, offering up behind-the-scenes content from the Sunshine State. So, while you eagerly await the release of this year’s magazine (which hits newsstands in May!), let the following snippets from set tide you over.

Katie Austin

Austin, who returns to SI Swimsuit for the sixth year in a row, had an extra special moment while on location with the team this year, as she got to reveal that she is pregnant! The certified fitness instructor captured the sweet moment on film and shared it in a reel on March 31.

“Such a relief when you’re shooting in a bikini secretly at 9 weeks pregnant and don’t feel your best,” Austin admitted in the text overlay of her video.

Gabi Moura

Moura, who will make her brand debut in this year’s magazine, danced on set while she received a hair touchup in this Instagram reel, set to Rihanna’s “Only Girl (in the World).”

“i’m a @si_swimsuit rookie like whaaaaa⭐️,” the Brazilian content creator wrote in her caption. “cannot believe this is my life right nowww!!! a dream come trueee🪽🪽.”

SI Swimsuit’s editor in chief MJ Day chimed into the comments to remind Moura she is “Born for this !!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”

Olandria

A fan favorite on Season 7 of Love Island USA, Olandria nearly broke the internet with her behind-the-scenes footage, which started out with the rookie posing in a sheer white set as the waves rolled into the shore. Her March 31 reel received an incredibly warm welcome from fellow brand models.

“Welcome to the family Bama Barbie ❤️🔥😮‍💨,” Sanders chimed.

“Obsessed,” Goff wrote.

“Yesss girl!!! Welcome!!❤️❤️,” Austin cheered.

Jena Sims

Jena Sims | SI Staff

Sims, SI Swimsuit’s 2024 Rookie of the Year, showed off her sense of humor with an April Fool’s joke. “Shooting for Sports Illustrated is a very serious job,” she wrote across her reel, which captured all the fun she had on location with the team and fellow models.

“April Fools, it’s the most fun job.. ever ! @si_swimsuit,” Sims then clarified in her caption.

Ellie Thumann | SI Staff

Thumann, who returns to the magazine for the fourth consecutive year, posted some stunning golden hour footage as she posed in the sand and, in another post, joked that she hasn’t quite yet “mastered ... the art of laying in the water.”
