Model and entrepreneur Lori Harvey is set to make an appearance in the 2024 SI Swimsuit Issue as a rookie following an incredible photo shoot in Mexico with Yu Tsai. When the exciting news was announced on the magazine’s official Instagram account earlier today, fans and fellow SI Swimsuit models alike went crazy.

The Jan. 30 reel showcased a few sneak peeks of the 27-year-old swimwear designer on set, clad in a variety of beautiful one-pieces and bikinis.

“As a swimwear and skincare brand founder, Lori Harvey is a mogul in the making and we’re officially welcoming her as a R O O K I E for the 60th anniversary issue of SI Swimsuit! 👙,” the post read in part.

“YASSSSSSSS @loriharvey!!! Welcome to the family 🤍🤍🤍,” two-time SI Swimsuit star and television host Kamie Crawford cheered in the comments section.

“wow !!! WELCOME BEAUTY @loriharvey 😍😍😍,” 2023 SI Swimsuit cover girl Brooks Nader gushed.

“Jaw. Floor,” legendary brand star Brooklyn Decker stated.

“Queeeeen! 🔥,” five-time SI Swimsuit model Hunter McGrady applauded.

“😍😍😍😍,” 2023 rookie Ellie Thumann noted in the form of emojis, while fellow rookie Sixtine added, “YESSSS 🔥🔥.”

Harvey launched her swimwear and resort wear brand, Yevrah Swim, last August. In an incredibly full-circle moment, she got the chance to model her own designs during her time on location for the 2024 SI Swimsuit Issue.

“I just immediately got so excited and was smiling from ear to ear,” Harvey said of her experience on set. “I was ready to get in the first look, and the first look that we shot in actually was Yevrah Swim, so it really just set the tone for the day.”
