Taylor Swift's birthday bash for Lily Aldridge was as epic as you'd think

As much as it pains us to say it, we can't all be a part of Taylor Swift's A-list squad. I know, I know—reality is a brutal thing sometimes.

But if you're lucky enough to be one of the elite members, like SI Swimsuit models Lily Aldridge and Gigi Hadid, there's a good chance the pop star will throw you a pretty epic birthday bash. Such was the case last night, as T-Swift's ever-growing girl gang came together to celebrate Lily's 30th birthday in style. 

If we weren't invited though, how do we know of this birthday party for the ages? Funny you should ask. Thanks to a few social media moments, we were able to follow along in spirit (and envy) as the invitees and lady of the hour took to the dance floor and even accepted personalized Moonmen that the singer created for her "Bad Blood" music video costars.

So the next time you think you're having a pretty stellar birthday, try not to think about the fact that if you were friends with Taylor Swift, Selena Gomes and the ladies of SI Swimsuit might be showing up to help celebrate your big day. What we wouldn't give to be a part of Tay's squad...
