After co-winning the Swim Search open casting call in 2021 and being named co-Rookie of the Year after her ’22 SI Swimsuit feature, Katie Austin is back for her third appearance in the magazine.

The fitness influencer was photographed by James Macari in the Dominican Republic, and the images are absolutely breathtaking.

“The shoot is something you can’t really put into words,” the Virginia native gushed at the time of her debut photo shoot. “I cried when I got home just because it’s something you dream about for so many years, and then you realize it’s actually happening, and it’s indescribable. The thrill of the entire shoot day keeps your adrenaline high for days, but at the same time, I think people need to know it’s hard work. The shoot day is totally for you, the adventure day is created around you, and the content is focused on making you feel your best self.”
