In a new interview with PEOPLE, Kate's personal trainer, Ben Bruno, explains that everyone's favorite bombshell is a "total badass in the gym." He goes on to praise the model and actress for training hard and cautions her fans that "her workouts are not for the faint of heart!"
So what does it take to look like Kate? Sounds like her new physique requires workouts five to six days a week for at least an hour each time. A normal workout session for Ben and Kate starts with a warm-up of foam rolling and stretches, plus lateral band walks and lunges. Burn, baby, burn.
The pair then dives into a "circuit-based strength-training" workout, where Kate puts all her energy and power into a series of strength-building moves without rest in between. Her trainer goes on to explain that because she doesn't rest in the middle of a series, "the circuit training provides a cardio component as well."
