Model, mom and author Emily Ratajkowski first posed for the SI Swimsuit Issue in 2014, when she double-dipped with two separate features in St. Lucia. She participated in a bodypaint photoshoot in the Caribbean, as well as a stunning beachside spread in the same location. She worked with photographer Walter Iooss Jr. and makeup artist Joanne Gair.

Ratajkowski returned to the fold the following year, when she traveled to Kauai, Hawai’i, alongside photographer Yu Tsai. Throughout her modeling career, the My Body author has also worked with notable brands and publications like Victoria’s Secret, Vogue, Viktor & Rolf, and Allure. In addition to being an accomplished model and best-selling author, the 32-year-old hosts her own podcast, High Low With EmRata. Ratajkowski is also a mom: she gave birth to her son, Sylvester, in March 2021, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard.

“I have no balance,” she admitted to Refinery29 earlier this year of her many professional and personal pursuits. “I have so many hats and I like wearing them. Between being a single mom, modeling full time, having a podcast, also wanting to continue to write, and running a read-to-wear business, it's insane. I don't have balance.”

The California native launched her own swimwear brand, Inamorata, in 2017. While on location with SI Swimsuit for the ’15 issue, Ratajkowski modeled several bold and beautiful bikinis, and she looked perfectly natural posing on the sand. Below are just a few of our favorite dreamy looks from the gorgeous feature.
