Barbara Palvin Is Breathtaking in These 4 Photos From SI Swimsuit Photo Shoot in Costa Rica

We’re still not over her fourth consecutive feature in 2019.

Barbara Palvin was photographed by James Macari in Costa Rica.

Barbara Palvin is busy doing exactly what she’s known for: showing up at high fashion events in her absolute best dress. The past few weeks have brought a series of incredible fashion week events in cities such as New York, Milan and Paris. The model has been making the rounds, attending some of the best designer shows in outfits that could just as well be on the runway as off.

All of the Hungary native’s incredible social media content has us reminiscing about her impressive modeling career, and particularly, her years of posing for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. The 30-year-old was featured four times in the annual magazine, from 2016 through ’19.

Each photo shoot was notable in its own right, but today we’re taking a look back at her most recent rendezvous with the SI Swimsuit team. In 2019, the model traveled to Costa Rica with photographer James Macari for her fourth consecutive feature. There, she posed in a series of vibrant bikinis and strappy one-pieces and proved, yet again, just why she was a perfect fit for the annual issue.

Though it’s been five years since she graced the pages of the issue, Palvin still manages to catch our eye. As we mentioned, the model has been busy making statements in her designer fashion—and we’re (as ever) totally inspired.

But we’re still not over her ’19 photo shoot. Below are a few of the fabulous photos from that trip to Costa Rica.
